As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Casey Hill - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Casey Hill - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Our office is located in Old Town Sherwood near Symposium and Clancy's..
- Our office is open 8:30a - 5p M-F.
- We have nearly 30 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
